WELCOME TO BEAUTIFUL BALANCE!

As a new client, it’s important that we get to know each other before beginning your journey toward greater wellness.

Please note that this initial communication includes a screening process to make sure we are both comfortable before scheduling a session!

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Any parking-related fees will be added to the cost of your session for mobile clients.

  • We adhere to NCBTMB code of ethics. Any illicit or sexually suggestive comments or actions made will result in immediate termination of the session and client will remain responsible for full payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session will incur no costs. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the full cost of the scheduled appointment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

 

Cash, personal check, Chase Quickpay, Venmo, or the Cash app. 

Credit card will be available at Fit St. Charles with a $5 charge added to the total of service.
