Our signature massage has been carefully designed to suit the needs and provide the highest level of therapeutic benefits for each individual client. Each session is customized to “meet you in the moment,” which means your specific needs for that session will receive the attention they require. Combining deep tissue massage with intuitive touch, the Full Balance Massage applies pressure to layers of muscle, tendons, and fascia deep beneath the skin. Lighter pressure is used to warm and prep the muscles, followed by firm pressure and strokes rooted in a technique that has proven to be very effective in addressing chronic aches and pains, such as those commonly found in the back, legs, shoulders, and neck areas.

The Full Balance Massage is our most requested massage and it represents our ultimate commitment to your wellness journey.
